The Association of Video Professionals is opening up a limited number of sponsorship opportunitiesfor our annual 2010 Conference and Training Workshop to be held in Los Angeles, CA on January 28-30, 2010. This year we are marketing our conference to over 2,500 video professionals all across
the country. These professionals continually come to this conference to learn about new methods and technologies they can apply within their businesses. The AVP Conference and Training Workshop also serves as a great environment to network with professionals in similar roles, including some of
the well-known professionals in the industry like Larry Jordan, Philip Hodgetts, and Bruce Nazarian. Because of the format and style of the conference, it represents a great opportunity for companies to get much more exposure to this audience. Below are descriptions of our levels of available sponsorship opportunities.

$2,500 Premier Sponsor

1. Includes sponsorship recognition, your company’s logo, and link to your company’s website sent in our conference emails to 2,500 video professionals.
2. Includes sponsorship recognition and your company’s logo placed on our conference webpage, as well as a three month advertisement on the homepage of the aovpros.com website.
3. Includes 30 minute presentation to entire conference. Presentation can be featuring your product or service you want to promote to this audience.
4. Includes the display of a poster throughout the conference as well as frequent announcements of your company as the major sponsor.
5. Includes the option to provide a marketing piece that will be distributed to attendees in their registration bags.
6. Includes opportunity to put up a booth or display table in the gallery lobby just outside the session rooms.
7. Includes placement of company logo and special recognition in the program.

$1,000 Preferred Sponsor

1. Includes sponsorship recognition and your company’s logo placed on our conference webpage, as well as a three month advertisement on the homepage of the aovpros.com website.
2. Includes the display of a poster at the conference as well as announcement of your company as a preferred sponsor.
3. Includes 1 minute mention / description of your product or service at the opening session of the conference.
4. Includes the option to provide a marketing piece that will be distributed to attendees in their registration bags.
5. Includes opportunity to put up a booth or display table in the gallery lobby just outside the session rooms.
6. Includes placement of company logo and special recognition in the program.

$200 Support Sponsor

1. Includes the option to provide a marketing piece that will be distributed to attendees in their registration bags.
